I’ve built five multimillion-dollar businesses around the model and continue to operate in the market, purchasing more than $20 million in real estate annually.

My experience spans distressed assets, land development, income-producing properties, acquisitions, deal structure, negotiations, and building the teams and systems required to execute at scale.
