REAL ESTATE INVESTOR · ENTREPRENEUR · SPEAKER
Building real estate businesses by solving the problems others avoid.
Logan Fullmer is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, speaker, husband, and father who has built five multimillion-dollar businesses using his proprietary Distressed Property Acquisition System.
Rather than competing for the same deals everyone else sees, Logan built his businesses around finding overlooked opportunities, acquiring real estate for 10 to 50 cents on the dollar, and solving the complex problems that stand between a property and a profitable closing.
Today, his company has more than 250 units in inventory, and Logan has worked with 2,000+ investors, teaching the systems, technical frameworks, and acquisition strategies his companies use every day.
His mission is simple: help investors solve complex problems, uncover hidden opportunities, and build profitable, scalable real estate businesses.

"I've made the mistakes, solved the problems, and refined this system over the last decade so you don't have to. The biggest opportunities in real estate aren't listed, they're solved."

Logan did not start in real estate. He built DPA by learning how to solve the problems other investors were willing to walk away from.
Logan did not start in real estate. He started in pipeline construction in South Texas, wearing a hard hat, steel-toe boots, and FR clothes through long days in the Texas heat.
He worked his way from field clerk to project coordinator, assistant PM, and eventually project manager. After years of bad decisions, he got sober, rebuilt his finances, and eventually had a couple hundred thousand dollars saved.
But he still knew one thing: he did not want to spend the rest of his life trading hours for dollars.
On weekends back in San Antonio, Logan started studying old houses, vacant land, county tax records, and deed records.
He found buildable lots assessed for only a few thousand dollars. There was no sophisticated strategy, software, or mentor guiding him.
He had a yellow legal pad, public records, his savings, and a willingness to knock doors. He manually built lists, found owners, drove to houses, and made offers.
He did not even know how to fill out a contract at first. He called his mom for help and kept going.
Logan bought property for about two years without some grand master plan. He was simply finding undervalued property one deal at a time.
Then the oil market crashed and he was laid off.
Around the same time, a realtor wanted one of his lots. Logan had roughly $20K into it. The offer was about $200K.
He could return to the oilfield or turn real estate into a real business. He chose real estate and never looked back.
Logan went back through his highest-profit deals. Some had produced $50K, $80K, and even $100K.
The common thread was not that the properties were easy. It was that they were messy.
That became the breakthrough. The problem was why the opportunity existed.
Instead of competing for the same easy real estate as everyone else, Logan built a business around solving difficult real estate.
As the deals became more complicated, Logan's ability to solve them grew.
Title defects, liens, judgments, ownership disputes, probate, lawsuits, missing documents, and properties that looked impossible became problems to investigate and solve.
He learned how to find the right people, structure the deal, protect the downside, and create enough margin to make the complexity worthwhile.
Logan stopped being the investor with a yellow pad knocking doors and built a repeatable acquisition model around the entire process.
DPA was not built around renovating houses. It was built around buying problems, solving them, and turning complexity into value.
Logan learned this business by doing deals, making mistakes, working with attorneys, navigating title issues, and figuring out what worked and what did not.
There was no clean roadmap when he started. Today, there is.
DPA exists to show serious investors another side of the business: not competing harder for the same properties, but developing the skills to work opportunities many investors never know how to solve.
