After graduating with a Management degree from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University, Logan worked in project management, oilfield services and real estate. Since leaving Corporate America, he’s participated in the real estate space as principal, LP and GP to flex/industrial income property, land development, distressed asset projects and turn arounds.
Today Logan manages a portfolio of related companies that deliver assets from inefficient to efficient markets by way of value add, workouts, ownership aggregation and technical solutions.
