About lOGAN fULLMER
Logan Fullmer is an entrepreneur and real estate investor. After earning a Management degree from Southwest Texas State University, Logan began his professional path in project management and oilfield services, where he learned construction and large-scale project management.
After Corporate America, he shifted his focus full-time to real estate, starting with distressed properties and complex title situations. What began as a small, hands-on practice quickly evolved into a diverse investment platform spanning distressed asset workouts, strategic turnarounds arounds, land development and industrial and income properties. Over the years, Logan has been both the operator and the investor.
Today, Logan is a board member of a portfolio of closely held companies focused on unlocking value by moving assets from inefficient to efficient markets while employing value-add strategies such as structured workouts, ownership aggregation, and technical legal solutions designed to enhance both performance and returns while returning the assets to service.
Outside of work, Logan is passionate about his role as a husband and father of four children, mentoring and training other investors, and is an avid runner.
